These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Business-Nerds.com and the Build & Launch Your Business membership offered by Business Nerds (“Business Nerds,” “we,” “us”). By using the website or joining the membership, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the membership.

You must be able to form a legally binding agreement to use the website and the membership, and the website is intended for adults. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with its operation or other visitors’ use of it.

Business Nerds and the Build & Launch Your Business membership are educational. They provide information, courses, frameworks, checklists, resources, examples, and community access to help you learn about starting and building a business.

The content is general in nature and is not tailored to your specific circumstances. You are responsible for deciding how, whether, and when to apply anything you learn.

Business outcomes depend on many factors that are outside our control — including your market, business model, decisions, execution, timing, competition, pricing, and demand. Because of this, Business Nerds does not guarantee, and you should not expect, any particular result, including:

• Starting or running a successful business
• Any customers, sales, or demand
• Any income, revenue, or profit
• Financing or investment
• Any particular tax, legal, or financial outcome
• Any other specific business result

The website and membership do not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, or other individualized professional advice, and using them does not create any professional relationship.

Business Nerds may use artificial intelligence and other digital tools to create, generate, enhance, or assist with certain images, graphics, videos, audio, written materials, and other content.

Certain people or personalities depicted in Business Nerds content are fictional or virtual brand characters rather than real individuals. In particular, the recurring Business Nerds characters known as Alex and Laura are AI-generated virtual brand characters. They are not real people, and they are not employees, customers, clients, members, instructors, or spokespersons providing personal testimonials or firsthand experiences.

Any statements, demonstrations, scenarios, examples, or depictions involving these virtual characters should not be interpreted as testimonials, endorsements, personal experiences, or representations of actual results.

This section describes our virtual brand characters and AI-assisted material. It does not mean that all Business Nerds content is AI-generated, and it does not prevent us from publishing genuine testimonials or real people in future. Where we publish a genuine testimonial, a real customer or member, or another real person, we will expressly identify it as such — and anything identified that way is not covered by the virtual-character statements above.

AI-generated or AI-assisted content may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or representations that do not perfectly reflect real-world circumstances. You should independently verify information where appropriate, and you should not rely on AI-generated content as legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, or other licensed professional advice.

You are solely responsible for your own business decisions and for executing them. This includes evaluating whether any information applies to your situation, complying with the laws and regulations that apply to you and your business, and obtaining any licenses, registrations, or professional advice you need.

Build & Launch Your Business is a paid educational membership and community, currently offered at $47/month, delivered through the third-party platform Skool at https://www.skool.com/build-and-launch-your-business.

Membership is a recurring monthly subscription that renews until you cancel. You can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops future renewals and prevents further charges; by itself, it does not generate a refund. After you cancel, you generally keep access through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and your membership then ends when the next renewal would have occurred.

Payments already made are generally non-refundable, and we do not offer prorated refunds for the unused part of a billing period. Where a refund is required by applicable law, you will receive it. Beyond that, Business Nerds may choose to provide a full or partial refund at its discretion where it considers that appropriate — but a refund is not guaranteed and is not issued automatically simply because you cancelled.

Account creation, billing, subscription management, renewals, cancellation, and payment processing may be administered through Skool and/or its applicable payment providers, subject to their terms. Prices are shown in United States dollars unless stated otherwise, and we may change membership pricing on a going-forward basis; a price change does not affect a period you have already paid for.

The Build & Launch Your Business membership provides education, frameworks, resources, examples, and community access. The “Business Nerds System” is a separate product being developed and is not included with the $47/month membership. Access to any future product is not part of these Terms and would be offered separately under its own terms.

The website and the membership materials — including courses, text, frameworks, checklists, graphics, logos, and other content — are owned by Business Nerds or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. The Business Nerds name and brand are ours.

Subject to these Terms, you may access and use the materials for your own personal, non-commercial, educational use. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or republish the materials except as expressly allowed
• Redistribute, share, resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the materials available to others
• Use the materials to build or offer a competing product or service
• Scrape, harvest, or use automated means to extract content, or reproduce it commercially
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

If you believe your work has been copied

We respect the intellectual-property rights of others. If you believe material on this website infringes a copyright or other right you own or represent, contact us with enough detail to identify the work, where the material appears, and how to reach you, and we will review it and respond. You can contact us at Info@Business-Nerds.com. We may remove or disable access to material while we look into a report.

Where community features are available (including through Skool), you agree to interact respectfully and lawfully. You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others
• Post unlawful, misleading, infringing, or spam content
• Attempt to disrupt, compromise, or gain unauthorized access to the website, the membership, or others' accounts
• Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with anyone

Community posts, comments, and other material you submit are posted on Skool rather than on this website, and are also governed by Skool’s own terms. You keep ownership of what you post, and you are responsible for it — including having the right to share it. We do not review everything members post, and community contributions are not Business Nerds advice or endorsement.

The membership is delivered through Skool, and the website may link to other third-party websites and services. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices, and Business Nerds does not control and is not responsible for their systems, content, security, payment processing, or availability. Your use of a third-party platform such as Skool is governed by that platform’s terms.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website, the membership, or its content at any time, and we may update or reorganize educational materials as they develop. We do not guarantee that the website or membership will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

The website and the membership are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This includes any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the content is complete, accurate, or suitable for your particular circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Business Nerds and the people who work with it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of the website or the membership. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Business Nerds from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the website or membership, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of another.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website or, where we are able to, the membership if you misuse them or violate these Terms. You may stop using the website at any time, and you may cancel your recurring membership through Skool as described above.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. A specific governing jurisdiction is not designated in these Terms at this time. If you have questions about which laws apply to your use of the website or membership, please contact us.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website or membership after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
